Here below some useful information.
ARRIVAL: Check-in is from 14.00 to 18.00, unless otherwise agreed. Please inform us about the exact time of your arrival.
Upon arrival, you must provide us with a document of identity as required by the Law in force, which will be promptly returned. The data are processed in accordance with the current privacy legislation and will be transmitted only to the Police Headquarters in Naples.
The payment of the tourist tax € 2.5 per person per night for the first 14 nights is required by the City of Naples for guests older than 14 years.
STAY: Please avoid noises between 2p.m. and 4p.m. and after 10 p.m.
We remind you that smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the house.
We suggest you use the safe for your valuables, we are not responsible for any items left in the room.
The WIFI is free, you will find the password in the room.
Please do not bring food into your room.
We must warn you that unfortunately the structure is not suitable for pets.
CLEANING AND TOWELS CHANGE: Rooms are cleaned every morning from 10,30 a.m., while bed and bath linens are changed every three days, or on request with an extracharge.
BREAKFAST AND MEALS: we will be happy to offer breakfast from 8.00 a.m. until 10.00 a.m., in the common room. One of our staff will provide you anything you need. In the same room you can eat your food purchased outside.
LAUNDRY: available on request and at extra charge
DEPARTURE: Check out before 10.30 a.m. of the departure date. Late checkout is possible until 12.30 p.m. for an additional fee of 30 euros.
